Still Unable to go into CC

Im not sure whats happened but I can see my CC has been added to the server but whenever I go to turn into the CC it says 'Command is manhunter'? I have double checked the steamID i gave and it is correct (STEAM_1:1:42029959 for reference) Do I need to wait on another restart if there hasnt been one yet or is the problem not sorted yet?
